Established in 2022, the College Park Community Preservation Trust is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit community land trust serving College Park, Maryland. Guided by the belief that safe, high-quality, affordable housing is essential to building lasting legacies and expanding community, we are committed to strengthening neighborhoods across College Park, Maryland.

Our Mission
Our mission is to make affordable homeownership achievable and accessible for income-qualified households in College Park. We provide stewardship services, resources, and support to help homebuyers find long-term success in homeownership through the community land trust model.
