We are excited to announce the development of our pilot program, expected in the winter of 2026.
Planned Giving
A Lifetime Commitment to Affordable Housing
By donating your home to the Trust, you ensure that your legacy supports permanent, affordable homeownership. Your generosity not only supports affordable ownership opportunities in College Park, but it also offers a clear plan for your home and peace of mind for your family. You can bequeath your home to the Trust during your lifetime without the need to relocate.
To learn more about including a conveyance in your estate plan, consult with an experienced estate planning attorney and contact Tawfiq Abdul-Karim at tabdulkarim@communitypreservationtrust.org.
