This is a neutral informational list of lenders that have previously participated in Trust transactions or indicated familiarity with community land trust or shared-equity homeownership transactions. Applicants may choose any qualified lender. The Trust does not require the use of any listed lender and does not endorse, guarantee, or rank any lender’s products, rates, underwriting decisions, or services.

If you already have a relationship with a lender not listed below and would like to use them for your home purchase, please have them review the Affordable Housing Land Trust Agreement to confirm compatibility before proceeding.
