Homebuyer education courses empower new homebuyers with knowledge and resources so they can succeed as homeowners. These agencies not only offer HUD-certified homeownership courses but also offer financial coaching services.  


Ready to apply for a mortgage? Choose from one of these Approved Lenders

Approved lenders are familiar with the community land trust model and its special financing requirements. Not all lenders offer community land trust mortgage products, so working with an approved lender is required for all homebuyers.

If you already have a relationship with a lender not listed below and would like to use them for your home purchase, please have them review the Affordable Housing Land Trust Agreement (Link here) to confirm compatibility before proceeding.
